To register for participation in Fourth of July Parade, please complete this form and return to the options below. For your entry to be included in the parade, this Registration Form MUST be received by June 19 at the P.O. Box listed: Mailing Address: Lancaster-Fairfield County 4th of July Committee; P.O. FEE GUIDELINES:

Fee for commercial entries: $50.00 (PER UNIT, not per company) (I.E. 4 cars = $200), Fee for political entries $50.00 per unit
Checks should be made out to Lancaster-Fairfield County 4th of July Committee and returned with registration
No fee for nonprofit organizations 501 (C) (3)

I have read and retained the attached “Parade Rules & Information.” I understand that these rules may not necessarily cover every situation that might arise. Common sense and respect for other parade entries and spectators should be considered. I further understand that all decisions of the 4th of July Parade committee will be final and any failure to comply with such decisions may result in removal of said entry from the Parade.

PLEASE NOTE: Entries in this year’s parade may be announced as they pass by the bandstand in downtown Lancaster. Also, it is planned that WLOH may be doing a live broadcast of the parade, and InnerPhase Video live/taping the parade to be played back on cable LSN channel at a schedule to be determined. Therefore, for the purpose of identifying and describing your entry, please write in the space below, what you would like to be said about your entry. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!
